Air Show?

What's an air show? An air show, also "airshow", Air Fair, or Air Tatoo is an event at which aviators display their flying skills and the capabilities of their aircraft to spectators in aerobatics. Air shows without aerobatic displays, having only aircraft displayed parked on the ground, are called "static air shows".

In the United States, the block of airshows in a given year are called an Airshow Season. The Airshow Season typically begins in January and typically ends in November. Few, if any, airshows are held in December.

When most people turn 50, they figure it’s time to relax and settle into neutral while coasting toward retirement. Not Jacquie B! When Jacquie turned 50, she launched her solo aerobatic career with her one-of-a-kind Pitts Special biplane. Why not? “The sky never runs out of up!” as she says.
